I had the very best experience working with Justin, Jason and Sal at American Green Lawns. My yard was torn up and destroyed from working with a subpar contractor and American Green Lawn was at my house with a quote within hours and started the work on my house a week later. We are about 3 weeks out and I already have grass growing and have been checked on by the owners. These guys really make people feel seen and heard and want to give you their best work. 10/10 call them for any and all yard work!! I’m super grateful for their quick work and giving me some grass before summer! *attached are before and after of their work.

My full review is in the pictures below as it is too long to post here...in summary: Please do not hire this company. If this was just “poor work”, my review would be very different. Unfortunately, I am back to weekly weeding my entire property, I am out $4326.00 and was purposefully lied to and ghosted. 03/20/2025 - I had Sal Tufano come out to my home for a consultation for services. I stated that my entire goal is that I am looking to eliminate the weeds in the garden bed areas. He mentioned sprucing up with plants and I stated at least 5 times (and probably many more) that we can discuss “beautifying” these areas at a later date…my only concern at this point was getting rid of the weeds and KEEPING THEM AWAY. We recently explored lawn care services with American Green Lawns and ultimately decided to go with another provider—not because of the quality of work, which I’ve heard is excellent, but due to the lack of customer-focused service we experienced, particularly from Jason, the co-owner. Let me be clear: this is not a knock on their lawn care itself. I’ve heard nothing but great things from others in the community about their maintenance results. In fact, Sal, the other co-owner, is a colleague of mine through our local BNI group and someone I respect professionally. That said, I value good old-fashioned Southern hospitality and relationship-building, especially when choosing to spend my hard-earned money with a local small business.
