They did an excellent job installing my garage door. Pre-sales support was also fantastic, they were incredibly helpful with determining what size door would work in a tricky low-headroom, tight space as well as providing the information I needed to properly frame the doorway before their installation.

Called in on a Thursday or Friday, they were able to squeeze me in the following Monday morning. Greatly appreciated that. Very nice and polite gentlemen on the phone who I spoke with. Martin ( I believe his name was) came out, did a fantastic job fixing my garage door and answered any questions I had and was in and out within an hour. Price was very reasonable. Thank you guys!

Best group ever. Called and left a message on 2/4/25 and they returned my call within 30 minutes. Told me up front it may be first of next week and told him no problem opening it manually right now. Very happy when they called me this morning 2/6/25 just 2 days after calling them. Kurt and Ed showed up early afternoon, found the issue and fixed it. I can’t say enough good things about this crew. Very responsive, respectful and professional. Made this old couple very happy. Also, very reasonable price. They replaced springs for us a few years back and they have become my go to crew for any issues with my garage door. Thank you so very much.

We have been using JW’s for years and years and have always been happy with their service! Recently we had Kurt come out as we needed to add a safety sensor eye to our garage because of our dog, and he tried but our set up on the one door was too old (1991) so he had to replace whole door mechanism, which was just as well as he noted major wear and tear on another part. He came out way sooner than was estimated due to a cancellation, and then was kind enough to program new garage door openers with our other door too, as well as my car. He was super efficient and professional, and we highly recommend this business:)

Great company. Quick to respond to request for estimate. Curt showed up on the date and time promised. Had the garage door installed ( by himself!) in under 3 hours. Cleaned up everything before leaving. By the way, the door is excellent quality! Probably won’t need a garage door again, but if I did, this is who I’d call!!
