K & A Roofing

Terrible customer service. They replaced our roof after the hail storm last year and were supposed to come back to cover the fascia and soffits. Armando gave us an estimate, but said it might be a few weeks because so many houses needed roofs. That was fine. 2 months later, they were out of supplies and sending someone to Sioux Falls to get more and it would be a week. Then winter came, so I waited til spring. Twice this year, they said they’d be out and no one showed. Yesterday, i again talked to his wife and then him. He said he’d come out. I had plans for the evening but cancelled them, waiting for him. At 8:45 pm, he still never came, so I left a message. Its now 10:30am the next morning and no call, no anything. I regret ever giving them my business.

Respectful group of people. Hardworking, trustworthy, RELIABLE. They nearly worked on every house in my family, they were all pleased with the results and referred k&a roofing to other friends and family. I gotta say this is one of the best roofing company's in Sioux City.

Not a reliable company. Took a long time to work on job, really hard to get a hold of, asked for more money before the job is done. Recommend write down everything small details on quotes before signing contract with them, ask for specific time period to finish job, and never pay money before job is done to your expectation. Learned the hard way when they claimed to have over 10 years of experience and being in business.

Terrible business. Doesn't do the work their paid for, won't hold up warranty they provide for roof they put on and will not return calls or answer phones. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!! You will end up having to hire someone else to do the job you paid these guys to do.

Armando was absolutely fabulous him and his crew took my roof on last minute notice and did an amazing job and when they left the job site was clean as could be extremely happy thank you Armando everybody should call Armando.
