Homeowners and Contractors Beware! Nearly a year ago, our company completed a small portion of a project for Chris Bianciella, who presented himself as the owner of KC Landscape Design (also known as KC Land Design & Construction). We completed our work as agreed and promptly submitted an invoice. Despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks, we were repeatedly told that payment was “on the way.” Unfortunately, the payment never arrived, and Mr. Bianciella was given ample opportunity to resolve the matter professionally. Now that I’ve reached my destination to type this review…today around 5:30pm, I was driving down 78 East when I noticed a large white pick up truck behind me. Not only was it behind me but I can see the two gentleman in the car as clear as day. They then proceeded to change lanes (after tailgating me) into the next lane over without a blinker into the fast lane while tailgating the person there as well. After about 30 more seconds they would constantly veer in and out into my lane as if they were on the phone. Regardless of the work the company may produce, this needs to be addressed. I have dash cam footage of this as well.

i just removed a previous 5 star review that i had posted after k and c had completed my patio paver installation. it is exactly 1 year later, and the pavers need to be cleaned. i sent 2 emails asking for any info on the care and maintenance of said pavers and nada, nothing, no contact from k & c! if you want someone to love you and leave you, then you found the right place. do yourself a favor and pass on k&c, A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT AS THE INSTALL WAS A GOOD JOB ... BUT HARDLY CHEAP!!
