When l had an offer in on a house in the fall of 2021, I followed a recommendation and contacted Kurt to ask him to check out the septic system and locate the lateral lines. I wanted the possibility of a garden, so I wanted to know what I had to work with. The seller had provided a septic inspection report that looked hopeful to my inexperienced eye, but I was advised to get a second opinion. I'm so glad that I did!
