Installed a new Ruud HVAC system for a reasonable price. Service techs were extremely polite and professional. Had to call back twice after install and they were quick and courteous in response and corrected on site same day. Not a big deal. I would recommend and use again. A+ rating from me.

I had a new PTAC Heating and Cooling unit installed, the technicians were very helpful and professional. They represented Thompson heating well. I would recommend them as well as use them for future work.

I’m going to upgrade from 1 star to 3 star because since my review they have refunded me the cost of the tiles, and the plumber. A verbal apology would have been nice but quietly refunding me is better than me being out the money and the headache. I guess pancake systems are hard to install 🤷‍♀️ AVOID Thompson Heating and Air! This has been the most frustrating and disappointing service experience I’ve ever had. They came out to my condo eight times and still couldn’t fix the problem. Instead of taking responsibility, they forced me to hire a plumber—who immediately confirmed it was an HVAC issue all along. Thompson refused to service my unit until I paid for the plumber, then sent my check back for the plumber’s cost! Even after the plumber proved it was their mistake, Thompson came out

Thompson Heating & Cooling’s is an excellent company to work with whose field technicians are always punctual, professional, and technically skilled as well as courteous and respectful to the customer. Had an awesome experience with Jacob today. He was super friendly, knew his stuff, was personable, and straight forward. For sure will continue to use Thompson Heating and Cooling in the future.
