K & W Heating & Air Conditioning

My resident is two stories, with two a/c and heating units. My home repair service provider sent K&W advising them of my two story home. Both units were in disrepair, K&W would only repair one after agreeing to the price quote of both. A.H.S. was no help.

Beware! NO SHOW company! American home shield sent us this company’s information as the company that would come out to assess our HVAC unit. My husband spoke with the company on a Monday and was told there were no available appointments until Wednesday. He agreed to the Wednesday appointment for a 3-7pm slot. He left work early in order to be home for the appointment. He called around 2:30 pm to get a more accurate estimate of when a technician would be arriving and was told we were the last appointment scheduled and the technician would arrive a little bit after 7pm but would call when he was en route. No one ever called, we had to make several attempts to call the company and reach someone and finally spoke with the technician at 7:45pm who told us that he already made the team aware he

Can’t get these folks to follow up after they say they will get back with you. Then after calling and calling say they don’t want to bid on the job. That is not the way to do business.

We've been using K & W for years at our Hyundai dealership and have always received excellent, professional, quality service from them. They especially give good advice on what not to waste your money on! Our building is MANY decades old so it's nice to get advice I can trust on what needs fixing and what doesn't. Please do not base your opinion on the several reviews that were for a different K & W in Georgia. This K & W Heating & Air in Opelika, AL is my go-to when we have any problems. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I had to come online and share my experience with K&W. They did a great job with the HVAC system in our condo in Auburn. It was not cooling properly and we had extremely high power bills and K&W came out and fixed the issue and then followed back up with us several days later to confirm that the issue had been addressed and we were not having any more trouble. I would highly recommend K&W.
