Kamex Excavating & Grdng

Kamex/Kamadulski caused extensive damage to our enclosed trailer with their excavator, yet their CEO refuses to take responsibility. Despite their claim that our crew was in the wrong lane, with the absence of signs, barricades, flaggers or spotters for the operator, there was no indication of either lane being open or closed. Moreover, their service truck obstructed the alternative lane that was moved by one of the workers before the police showed up. Unfortunately, we must bear the cost of repair or replacement, as legal action would be a time-consuming and resource-intensive endeavor. Disappointingly, their lack of accountability reflects poorly on their character.

I have worked with Kamadulski for 10 years now. They are always very responsive, professional and provide great quality on all of our projects.
