In 2020, we hired KAMP construction to build us a house. We asked if he could put in a dumbwaiter. He said yes. The dumbwaiter broke down in June 2023 when we were sending up groceries. Another contractor came and helped us get our groceries out. We have been in touch with Paul constantly to find out there is nothing he can do. He didn't apply for a permit to put the dumbwaiter in, and the town inspector didn't catch it. Precision Lift Industries who manufactured the dumbwaiter will not send us the parts to fix it because it was not installed by a certified technician. Ameriglide whom we bought from does not service Massachusetts. We have talked to everyone about this from Boston to Canada and no one will touch the dumbwaiter.
