Two guys showed up and installed one brand name kitchen faucet that we purchased for my mother-in-law. It was a weekday. They charged $200, left a mess under the sink and floor and didn't check the drain as they told her they did. They ran some water but didn't snake it. She lives alone and had moved in 2 days before and in 4 days did very little dish washing. The drain clogged and when she called was told maybe she had put something down the drain! She was told she'd be charged double time to come out the next day, a Saturday even though they didn't do what they should have on the initial visit. Needless to say, we called another plumber who came out and did the job the RIGHT way. He found pieces of a very old rubber glove that had to have been there since the apartment was last used 15 y

Never bothered to show up. Last Thursday morning I called about a toilet repair for my business. They said a tech would come Friday afternoon. Friday around 2:30 still no tech SoNI called back. Got an older man on the phone who said he would call the tech and get right back to me. Never called back. Never showed. It's been a week and still no call. Will NEVER do business with them. I'm a small business owner and my customers need to be able to use the bathroom!!

Called Kandefer to replace my mothers water shut off valve in her basement. First time he showed up a few months ago he charged my mother approx. $95 to loosen a nut, instead of replacing the valve I had asked them to change. Due to not replacing the valve, we ended up with the same problem we originally had. This time the repairman showed up with an attitude probably because I was there and I wouldn't let him take advantage of us. When I showed him what we were having a problem with he went on a verbal tirade towards me and my elderly mother stating he won't replace it because I will complain he didn't replace the outside bib. I asked him why it needs to be replaced when it had been recently replaced (he did not look at it and refused to do so), he continued his tirade and walked out of t

My mother had an emergency with her toilet. Called Kanderfer and he came over in no time at all. He fixed the problem and was very professional. Thank you so much. Hope we never need a plumber again, but if we do, I will call Kanderfer again.
