Kanzler construction delivered! When I first called this company Kyle picked up the phone and was very polite and listened to what we wanted done. Kyle explained his method and procedures as to what we should expect. A 13,000 sq.ft. of uneven land that was once a forest. It needed to be leveled and graded. Kyle’s dad showed up for an onsite view of the land and also professionally explained what was going to be done and how. Explained the difference between a track skid steer and a wheel one. He patiently waited for days of rain to stop before he can begin. We scheduled for his arrival at 8am today 4-15-2024 and he showed up at 7:10am. Wow. Great promptness. Great pulverized topsoil at a reasonable price. I have used a lot for filling in the bad spots in my yard, blended with my grow mixes for all my outdoor planters and raised beds. It would be way too expensive to have done all of this with bagged grow mixes.

Ordered topsoil from Kanzler, they scheduled it and delivered on time, and efficiently so i didnt have to wait around like previous topsoil companies ive used. Not to mention the quality was solid clean and fertile. 100 percent will use these guys again for all my landscape installations.
