Justin and Austin were awesome. Their work is professional grade and everything up to standards/codes. They were both a pleasure to do business with and have in our home. Highly recommended service.

Justin does what he says … respected my home by placing tarps on the floor, installed a humidifier on our brand new furnace and found the other company left the electric box exposed. He fixed it, re-taped pipes and cleaned up. It was such a great job, we will use him for our annual furnace and AC checks.

Called these guys on a whim to install a dryer vent line that the previous homeowner botched. Came out and gave a reasonable quote right away, scheduled same week to get it done. They showed up on time and got right to it. I've worked with plenty of people over the years, and these guys were fast, with excellent workmanship, great communicators, and ultimately really great to work with. If you're shopping around, don't miss out on the chance to work with these guys, you won't regret it.

Came across Optimized Air through some online research and glad that I called. Justin gave me a time to come out on a Saturday afternoon to work on a furnace blowing cold air. Justin was prompt, meticulous, and completed the repair while explaining in details i could understand, what he had done. The charge for the service was fair and on top of that, they're a local company right in my neighborhood.
