I called for pricing spoke with a girl name Vanessa (manager),very rude try talking to someone else about the situation and place an order, but was told by her that she is the manager and nobody else is available to help, wish she had better manners to communicate with customers, I called again. Days later for another reason spoke with Gerardo can’t say how thankful I am I gave them another chance but for sure will try not to be serviced by Vanessa, anymore wish owner was aware of her personality towards customers, because hasn’t been the first time

I have ordered hundreds of plants from Wilson Nursery and can vouch that they provide a wonderful product. Even better than their product is the quality of customer service they provide. They are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns and are very helpful addressing any issues. They are also very knowledgeable of the plant material they sell which is huge. Overall, a very great company to do business with.

Wilson Nursery has been my company's go-to place for the past decade! They offer quality green and hardscape goods and it's competitively priced. What really differentiates them from other similar nurseries is their astounding customer service. Everyone in the office (Heather, Eva, Vanessa, and Gerardo) are amazing at what they do, each time I go they're beyond helpful, friendly, and professional! The yard workers are also very careful and professional when loading, they never miss a beat, and make sure I'm taken care of. Any professional landscaper needs to visit Wilson, I couldn't be happier with them!
