We had Faris in our yard a week ago to get a quote. Our grass and tree line was overgrown, as we had just purchased the home. We walked around and let him know that we would like the grass cut down, so I could begin to maintain it myself. I stressed the importance of them taking the clipping since it was overgrown. There were a lot of weeds and trees in the backyard, but we liked the privacy and just asked for a small trim across the line of the backyard and again stressed we didn’t want anything left behind. Work was scheduled for Sunday, and morning of a few minutes after we were told he would be there he canceled. That is okay, as I understand things happen. When Faris came over to look at my property to provide an estimate, I remember he did provide an hourly rate and said he thought it would come to around $700 total for my yard clean up. We were asking for all the leaves to be picked up, a large pile of sticks to be removed, a dead tree log to be removed, random yard trash (like old garden fencing) and a pile of acorns to be removed. Apparently, I misunderstood him, BUT nothing was put in writing so it's entirely possible I misunderstood. Either way, this is on him to be transparent and ensure his customers fully understand his pricing. THEN, he shows up with three guys that seem to have very little knowledge/experience in the landscaping. They told us, it was their FIRST day for all three of them. Karaki did a fantastic job doing a Spring cleanup at our house. They are a great value for the high quality of work. Removed significant debris, trimmed bushes, removed bushes, edged, and mulched. The employees were very friendly and did exactly what was scoped out.

KarakiLandscaping started within a little more than a week once we accepted the proposal. The men worked hard and went right to work. Great job and we are pleased with the outcome. We had a large overgrown flower and shrub bed that we just couldn’t keep up with. We wanted to return the space to lawn with the exception of a River Birch tree we planted a few years ago. Looking forward to less maintenance.

I had a wonderful experience with Kataki Landscaping! We were gone for six weeks when it was raining all the time----the flower beds took a major hit. Decided it was time for a redo. These workers were amazing!! They dug up old bushes, trimmed bushes, weeded around the entire property, and mulched everywhere. I couldn't be happier!! I HIGHLY recommend Karaki Landscaping.
