Maid pro gives expert cleaning . The cleaning staff always do an excellent job job of cleaning from top to bottom. Areas are dusted, wiped clean and sorted and vacuumed. Bathrooms and kitchens are shown meticulous scrubbing. The staff is hard working but friendly as well.

Friendly at their office. The MaidPro who cleaned my residence did a good job on some items, but did not do a very thorough job on others. Dusting of shelves, furniture, and railings was good. Kitchen cleaning was good. But the hardwood & tile floors were only swept, not mopped (as promised). A quick wipe with a wet paper towel revealed the floors were still dirty. Cobwebs still remained in some corners of living areas, dust remained under the dining room table. Toilets were cleaned well, but the master shower door was not cleaned and still had soap scum present. Shower mat was stained from either cleaning supplies or the Pro's shoes. I would not use their service again at the price paid.

Ashley B, with MaidPro did a fantastic job of cleaning our home. I could tell just by talking with her and watching her, she was serious about doing a good job and pleasing her clients. She worked so hard for many hours and the house literally sparkled after she was done. I was so impressed with her mature attitude and her strong work ethics. She was respectful, honest, reliable and has great integrity. I am hoping to have Ashley as our regular MaidPro “Pro” in the future. MaidPro has been a great cleaning company for us who cares for their clients. I am very pleased with this company and especially Ashley! Thank you, Ashley B.! We were impressed with your work and hope to see cleaning for us in the future.

If I could give this company a zero, I would. This was set up to be a deep clean for my family. We were excited to move on the next day but unfortunately I had to spent almost 8 hours cleaning after MaidPro cleaners came in. I was also billed $775 which the owner (Nichole) is refusing to pay. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! She has taken no accountability for her teams mistakes except for offering to send someone on Monday along with a quality assurance teammmate who I met when I popped in to check how things were going and she reassured me all was well. I should’ve double checked myself. Why in the world would I want your team to come back out a SECOND time when it wasn’t done correctly the FIRST time? As a buisness owner, you have to cut your losses and this is a loss. I will be fighting this

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. We paid $1100 for a pre-move in cleaning and what we walked into was filth. Standard things like floors, shower stalls, and the insides of cabinets were not clean. Cobwebs, dog hair, and crud build up was EVERYWHERE. We had to re-clean everything ourselves just to be able to move in. When I reached out to the owner, Nichole, she did not respond. “Ashley” did and her excuse was that the house had “more build up” than they expected. Firstly, you were hired to clean build up; that’s literally the service you provide. Secondly, if the job was too much for you, then what you should have done is approach my husband and tell him you couldn’t complete the job and offer a partial refund. I did not ask for a full refund. I asked for a partial ref
