No matter who I talk to, they are pleasant. When my monthly budget plan payment increased to more than I could afford, they worked with me to lower it. Their service technicians are always on time, never leave a mess and are personable. I highly recommend Stover Energy!

Last season I had them deliver oil and perform a check up on my furnace. Quick service and prompt arrival. This year, I called them to give me an estimate on a new system as mine is old. Once again they showed up promptly to look at my system. I was told I would have the estimate by the end of the next week but it has been over a month and they refuse to call me back. I've been told the estimate will be sent tomorrow, I have been told Mr. Stover is out of the building and he will call me back but I haven't heard anything from them. I am not sure why there was such a drastic change in service but I will be taking my business elsewhere. Mr. Stover, if you read this and there is a reason for the lack of contact, please reach out to me. I would be happy to work with you to resolve this.

My A/C was acting up. The blower continued to run after the air conditioning had shut off making the house very warm and wasting energy. I called Stover Energy and they showed up the next day and had it all fixed in no time. I was expecting a big bill but it turned out to be less than you expect for just showing up!

Excellent Service, Great Price on Service contract and an overall wonderful experiance. Here is the story, I ran out of oil one night after being on the road all day long. I called Stover Fuel Oil from Hershey PA and they called back withen five minutes. Did I mention that it was 10:38 at night. How awesome is that. Had a hard to find oil leak from the furnace. The technician, Ricky, came out the same day I called. Found the hairline crack on the bottom of the filter cup, amazing!
