I needed new flooring after a foundation repair. I checked other locations but service and quality made me choose Karen's Carpets. Installers did an excellent job repairing the flooring prior to the installation. The installers were professional and completed the job as planned. Kudos to them. I had been quoted an astronomical price by another prominent carpet company in Knoxville and called Karen’s on a whim to get a second opinion. Ms Nancy answered the phone and kindly scheduled Deon to come out the very next morning. He showed up on time and helped me troubleshoot how to tackle the job, showed me samples, and assured me the work would be done quickly. He gave me a quote on the spot (which was a FRACTION of the cost of my previous quote). We purchased our new white oak engineered hardwood flooring from Deon at Karen’s. He patiently took his time to show us several options and allowed us to take samples home so we could see the flooring in our space.
