I recently purchased LVT flooring for my two bedrooms and hallway. I was very happy with the price and quality of the flooring as well as the professional way I was treated by Austin. Where I went wrong was I did not use Karpet Korner's installers. I picked installers I had found through another company. The LVT installers I picked did a great job however they did not finish the job. I had to go to Karpet Korner and buy and install transition strips myself. I thought that was pretty poor.

Got our flooring here, installed was smooth. Installers was great! Father and son team finished a day early. Highly recommend!

Jay, Scott and Wilson did a wonderful job. Before is the painted sub floor and after is just beautiful! I would give Karpet Korner 100 stars if I could! Definitely highly recommend!

We recently had vinyl plank flooring installed throughout our entire house. Karpet Korner beat everyone on price and the quality is every bit as good as other flooring we priced. Bobby and his crew removed all of our old carpet and installed the new floor including the trim in about 3 days. The moved all of our furniture as well as items from closets. We didn't have to do anything! They were professional and did a fantastic job!! We couldn't be more happy with how it looks. Would definitely recommend them!

My grandparents paid in full upfront in Oct 2024 to have the flooring to be transferred to the Marion location but the flooring never came into stock, In Nov 2024 went to store to cancel order since they were unable to get it for them. They told a refund would have to come from the main branch and it would be in the mail, Austin Goodman signed the invoice stating refund would happen. It is now Jan 2025 and no refund. We have called and emailed everyone with no response from anyone except a it's coming. The $1,800 is a lot for my grandparent to be out of and until that money comes in they can't purchased different flooring. I suggest not to give money upfront to them because they are horrible about processing a refund and taking advantage of people.
