The team is professional, detail-oriented, responsible, and communicates clearly throughout the entire process. For the kitchen remodel, we purchased the cabinets from Home Depot, and John did an excellent job managing the whole project. He coordinated directly with the Home Depot designer, handled scheduling, and monitored the countertop installation even while we were on vacation, which made the process completely stress-free for us. We have a built-in Sub-Zero refrigerator with very specific cabinet requirements, and John took the time to discuss every detail with the appliance company to make sure everything was installed correctly. We had actually been in touch and exploring quotes with a couple other contractors, but it was a chore to get them to follow up; John was always a great communicator and followed up on every question, inquiry, or ask within 24 hours no matter what day or time it was. We recently worked with KAS Home Improvement to have a new bathroom tile floor installed. Because of their excellent communication and customer service it was a great experience.
