Disclaimer: I am physically disabled and live in public housing, so I wasn't the one paying the contractor. I had a very poor experience with this contractor's ability to show up on the agreed upon time, or communicate when issues had come up. The apartment window below me needed the top of the sill re-caulked because rain was leaking into their apartment. I waited from 8:30am to 3:30pm for the contractor to arrive last week, and he never showed up or called to let the building manager know he wouldn't be arriving that day. We rescheduled for yesterday at a particular time, and the contractor again failed to show up.
