We just had our roof replaced by Rick and his crew and couldn’t be any happier. The level of professionalism and friendliness was out of this world. This was a big investment for us and we wanted to make sure it is done right. After contacting several companies we decided to go with Katy Roofing because Rick mentioned that they hammer nails by hand as opposed to using a nail gun. I’d rather have a company who takes their time to do things better instead of rushing. They went above and beyond for us on a couple of things as well which we really appreciated. I’ve not used this company. But I can say that based on the person driving a truck with this company’s label on the side, I would never. I write this review after nearly being rear ended by a clearly distracted and road raging individual behind the wheel. Three separate times this man stopped suddenly and aggressively I could no longer see the Ranch Hand logo of his brush guard. That is until he cut off multiple drivers and sped away. If this man’s regard for other’s safety on the roads while representing this company is any indication of the company’s values, morals and level of care, I am surprised anyone would use this service.
