I’m beyond in love with our floors and the service we always receive from Katy tile, as this is the 3rd time we have used them. The owner Jacob is always so hands on and very fair with pricing. His crew is very trustworthy and detailed, clean, fast, and very helpful. They moved and put back all my furniture without a scratch. This is coming from a very picky customer.

Great value for the shower waterproofing and tile installation services! Jacob and his team are very meticulous and friendly. They provide very professional services at reasonable prices. Jacob also referred me to some quality electricians, plumbers, and glass door contractors who all delivered stellar services. You will not find any other tile store that offers you this kind of service at a valuable price. Our master bathroom turned out looking amazing. We had some very minor blemishes but Jacob's tile team came out and corrected them in a timely manner without any questions asked.

Best experience ever! Jacob and his team are extraordinarily professional, with excellent quality work. I could not be happier with my bathroom remodel. From having a wonderful choice of tile and being extremely knowledgeable and dependable, they are the best! Jacob was always helpful and answered all my questions. I actually went to his store only looking for tile, not a contractor. But I am so happy that I chose them to do the work. From the reviews you cannot really tell how much they can offer. I can't stop staring at my kitchen! My husband and I are remodeling parts of our home to make it a bit more up-to-date.
