From the initial contact to the project completion, I was kept informed of the project timeline. I had been planning my dream bathroom renovation for quite awhile so I had a rough “plan”in my mind. William and Elena helped with the actual details and Elena patiently helped me with choosing tiles and color schemes. (I also had my bedroom carpet replaced with porcelain tile.) These folks were excellent! I wasn’t looking forward to having the work done after reading horror stories about contractors online, but Katy tile and marble absolutely blew me away. Everyone from the store staff (Astrid) to the owner/GC (Gabriel) to every craftsman used on my project was outstanding! Gabriel kept informed about who was coming, and what to expect all along the way! Very important to me! Everything happened like clockwork. Katy Tile and Marble completely redid my bathroom (tile floor, shower and countertops), as well as painted a few rooms, and re-carpeted the entire house. I consider Gabriel, the great communicator. He stopped by each morning to “check in” on the progress. He was always telling me when each group of folks were coming.
