5-stars, hands down. You can call these guys up, describe your part, and not only will they know what you need, they will even know the model number (I got lucky that day). They are close, convenient, knowledgeable, and priced fairly. They're really looking to help people out, and they know wha they're talking about. While waiting for a part I had called about earlier, I overheard the staff helping out a customer, and they were able to give them a detailed description of how to resolve their issue. If you're in the area and need plumbing/HVAC supplies, these are your guys. They will even send you over to Brinkman's in the event that they don't have the item in stock. Who still recommends another store these days? These guys rock!
