FYI the height bar at the street entrance says 9'0, but as soon as you enter it restricts down to 6'7". After the 6th floor it further restricts to 6'4". My truck is 6'6.5" and I did not have a problem- but I did not go past the 6th floor

Gives you nice easy access to the Building Elevators. The Employees were helpful and pleasant. A bit pricey, and the Exit controller didn't give the discount I had gotten from the Physicians office.

UPMC hospital takes payment in the hospital for parking. Then when you get to the garage exit, they try to charge more and explain that it is because it is not a UPMC building. What?!? Luckily a very nice garage attendant let me exit without paying the extra $$. Do yourself a favor and park elsewhere if you are visiting any of the UPMC buildings.

Horrible experience with this parking garage. Don’t need assistance because you will not get it. The employees are clueless. The fact that their machine did not validate receipts after scanning parking ticket. After attempting again I was not able to scan parking ticket. Was robbed of $30 because nobody would come see what the issue was. I will never use this service and to the employee that I had the misfortune of working with I hope you learn better customer service for your sake.

Usually always a spot to park, even during prime hours. Clean and safe, friendly attendants. Don't forget to get your ticket validated. Affordable!
