Kazanjian Floors

Recently bought a home with pre-1950s floors covered in carpeting; he evaluated our floors which were hidden under the carpet and helped us with stain choices as well as talked about potential planning if we were to renovate, and completed our house re-staining in less than a week with an amazing outcome. Have included pics before and after, lighting is different but it’s just time of day, floors came out great! I was concerned our older narrow wood would look aged, but his team really brought back the vibrancy of our wood floors! Was very cost conscious as well, and was willing to take on minor costs for unexpected stains/ minor repairs without change in his estimated price. Please stay away. After installing new hardwood floors, there were multiple issues with the finished product. Bill and others came back to inspect and agreed they would have to redo the floors. Since that day, Bill and Kazanjian have completely disappeared and can't bother to pick up a phone or respond to countless emails. Now a resolution will have to play out legally. Don't make the same mistake I did and trust this company.

Bill and his crew restored our hardwood floors. While I expected the floors to look better after being neglected by the previous homeowners for years, the results were nothing short of amazing. Great work done at a fair price and results beyond expectations. Oh, and they managed to finish a day early!

Bill is a flooring expert. He will give you honest and informative information when deciding on which floors are best for your house. He installed LVT in the kitchen, bath and laundry room. He also installed hardwood to match the existing floors perfectly. Also sanded and stained all hardwood in the house as well as the stairs. It looks like a new home!

These guys are unbelievable. Bill Donohue came out and gave me an unbeatable price but the quality of work was just incredible if you use anyone else your really missing out.
