I don’t write reviews unless I feel I am doing a service to potential customers . I highly recommend this company . I dealt with Marcello in customer service about getting a new pool heater . He was so informative , helpful and no uncomfortable aggressive sales pitch . 5 stars all the way .

Everyone here is so nice. They don’t try to upsell you unnecessary supplies. Marcello is particularly helpful.

The people at Kazdin are very helpful and informative. I bring samples of my pool and hot tub water and they give me an extremely clear and detailed computer read out of exactly what I should do to fix the immediate problem and how to take care of things on a long term basis as well. Unlike other pool stores in the area, they seem happy to help with this and don't charge for this service even when you don't need to buy anything. They're a real asset.
