THE ABSOLUTE BEST... Kaike and team helped me add a second story to my ranch in Billerica. If I were going to do another similar project and I had to wait a year to work with them again I absolutely would. A project like this is bound to have snags along the way, and every one was handled perfectly and professionally. No random extra charges, excuses, or unnecessary delays. Kai and his team did a wonderful job building my front stairs! They worked quickly and cleaned up well at the end of the work day. Their price was reasonable and the quality of their work was excellent! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

These guys did a Fantastic job!! The price was very reasonable… Especially for quality of workmanship. Great bunch of hard workers. Did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. They updated my front steps. (No easy task) And as an add on ….added a new cobblestone border to my front garden. Not only did they do a great job installing the cobblestones but they cleaned the garden and added mulch for free😊 They made my house look like a whole new house. In less than 2 1/2 days I wouldn’t hesitate to hire these guy again👍🏻👍🏻😀 P.s. It’s granddaughter approved 😀

May, 2025 K&B Construction enlarged a patio to incorporate a fire pit. Kaeicki and his 3 men were here and began work at 8AM and left shortly after 6PM work completed. The workmanship, attention to detail, neatness and quality of finished product was extraordinary. No surprises or variations to the proposal and highly professional polite and courteous conduct. I am very pleased with my patio and can not recommend K&B highly enough! Mike Bergeron
