The team seemed to work well together and didn't mind me looking over their shoulders to see progress. They just finished and made sure the site was cleaned up and ready for us to do landscaping. I'll have to wait a couple years to determine if piering (4 piers) stopped the movement, but I don't have any doubt that everything is good to go.

We needed 12 piers and 6 dead man anchor tie backs. I thought this was going to take them a few days. Our chimney is now level and all the concerning cracks are gone. They did the job in one long day. You can hardly tell they were ever their they replaces grass and even replanted plants. I worked with Chris at KC pier and he was great.He did exactly what he said his guys showed up on the day he said they would.and It took them two days to do the job and then his follow up over the last year has been excellent. I had KC Pier level my foundation after it settled. All 4 doors that wouldn't even close before now. Close easily. And the large cracks in sheetrock closed up nicely. His crew did an excellent job. Getting the house leveled back out and now it has stayed just like they put it for one year. There guys did a very good job cleaning up. And I thought they did quality work. I needed my garage floor replaced, and was concerned about the spalling on the exposed exterior foundation. Chris came out, examined the floor, examined the adjacent foundation, took measurements of everything around the exterior of my house and the interior of the garage. Then he explained that the foundation was okay - still level and plumb. He showed me pictures of my options, and answered all my questions.
