Make sure everything is in writing with these people! Also, if they allow you to use your employees, make sure that you have them sign a contract so that if someone wants to "buy your employee" they will have to cut you in because they claim that they will, but in reality they will just stop using you after building a relationship for years. Their end goal is to steal your guys and have cheaper labor. They told one of my guys they would make him a foreman if he worked for them. He was young and fell for their trap and after their job ended in six months he was back behind me for a job. Be careful with this company, especially Bryan Matheson.
