Scheduled us with in a week due to a cancellation. Insulated the attic floor, basement ceiling and two crawl spaces in one day. I thought the price was very fair also. Installers were pet friendly and cleaned up well when they were done. We have noticed a big difference in home which was built in 1904. I will definitely recommend Keener Insulation to anyone.

Hired these people to add insulation to my attic to bring it up to code. They did a superb job. Very even blown in insulation. They provided paperwork for rebates and credits. Very friendly and communicative. Cleaned up and put things back in place. An A+++ job do highly recommend!

Signed a proposal for some insulation work. Called and asked for the owner twice, to schedule the job. Never heard back either time. This was my experience; maybe yours will be different.

Great Experience, well worth getting new insulation in attic! We have had all kinds of issues keeping our warm. We have been through exterior roof repair (fixing poor build design on a roof above patio door that had NO insulation), overpaid on a patio door replacement and have had multiple HVAC companies & techs come out to assess the cold house in the winter. We have been told that our heating/air conditioning system was under powered by 2 tons, but way too expensive to replace when it works fine and one company suggested putting in another heat pump for the second floor. But in the end, we were told by our current HVAC guy (fellow Hempfield Wrestling Dad) that the best bang for the buck was to get more insulation blown into attic. We took his advice and felt immediate improvements!

If I could give zero stars I would. I could write a book about how crooked this company is. Not upfront about their pricing. Only needed to do 1 of the 4 walls they quoted and still got billed entire estimate. When I called to look into it I was given a story about how they used more insulation than they thought and was given a 15% discount- for them doing a quarter the amount of work. Then suddenly there is a job minimum I wasn't told about, which was covered by the second job they did on the same day, yet they want to hold me to the "minimum" plus some. Finally, the wall they did blow insulation into was only half filled- the bottom half never received insulation as there was a board in the way. So they did one half of one wall and want to charge me for over half of what 4 walls cost. P
