Had a wonderful experience with Mike and his team. They replaced all of my homes ductwork while I was completing multiple construction projects. The team was meticulous and detailed with the install, all during a heat wave. They worked quickly to get my airhandler back up and running and Mike was consistently detailed in his communication and took calls on the weekend to answer all my questions. This is a very seasoned team and I would highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs. A+

I previously had very bad experience with other plumbers. My hot water tank stopped working after a previous plumber did work on it last year. One of my family recommended Keep it cool because they did a good job on one of their buildings. I called the company and they assisted me when my hot water tank stop working last year. I was happy with the excellent service provided. This year when my pipe broke due to freezing temperatures I didn’t hesitated to call him. They responded quickly to my urgent need and came to my house and repaired my pipe. I am truly grateful and happy customer for the good work they have done for me 😊

We had Mike and his team install our new HVAC system a couple years ago. On Saturday, right before a heatwave, our A/C stopped blowing cold air. I contacted a couple HVAC companies to come out, and a different company came out to service the unit. They said the compressor went bad, and I could replace it next week for $1600, or replace the whole unit tomorrow for $3200. I emailed Keep It Cool on Sunday morning to help us, since they knew the unit and had the warranty information. Mike called us right back and I explained the symptoms and and said it was probably just the capacitor and he could fix it first thing Monday since he was on a trip currently.
