We had a mixed experience at this store, but I want to highlight one employee who truly stood out. The first person we asked for help was very dismissive and unwelcoming, which made us uncomfortable. Thankfully, Johnny stepped in and completely changed our experience. He was kind, patient, and went out of his way to help us find the perfect tools and the best deal, even searching throughout the store. He treated us with respect and made us feel welcomed. Because of him, we left feeling satisfied and appreciated as customers. He deserves recognition for his excellent customer service. Thank you Johnny!

I went into Ace to have some keys made, and Sam, I believe his name was very helpful. He made six keys for me. The gentleman there are always so helpful and knowledgeable about what you need and offer suggestions that may be a better solution for whatever project you are working on. Experience comes with time and the employees that assist customers are at the top of the game. They are very personable and can relate to you. I would recommend this place for your, do it yourself projects

Love this place. They always have the fittings I need, whereas HD only has a limited supply. Customer service is always top notch. They greet me at the door and ask if I need help. That's how customer service should be. Way to go Ace!

Let's start with the service, it was great! This is a very welcoming place where are welcomed in as soon as you walk in and it is not hard to find an employee that will kindly direct you wherever you need to go(unlike the big stores where there are 37 people in orange vest that are all equally clueless). The very nice lady at the register (I feel terrible I didn't get her name) was very friendly and polite. I forgot to mention the store is clean and tidy with signs for every aisle, I was just being lazy and couldn't be bothered reading 😂.
