Extremely rude when I called. I came home to a busted pipe and called this business upon recommendation from another plumber. I was told “there are several people who I do business with all the time who need me and I don’t even know you, so you’ll be last in line.” I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience by even calling. I’m sure this guy is good at his job, but he’s not very professional. If you don’t know him, he doesn’t seem to want your business.

Keith has always be very responsive to my calls. He came out to our home and has been very reliable and dependable. He does great work and is very reasonable compared to others.

Great service on fixing my leaking pipe under the house and very reasonably price.
