So very pleased when Tom came to my house. He immediately started to work on two fireplaces, that I had not used since my move here to GA, 18 months ago. What timing, with the ice storm! Tom Fain was the technician that came to fix our gas log fireplace. He was very thorough and took the time to explain how the fireplace works and the steps to take to clean the unit, making sure to latch the glass back after cleaning, as well as how to run the fireplace if we were to lose power. He was obviously very knowledgeable, but explained it in a way that a homeowner would understand as well as being patient answering my questions. I was very pleased with Tom Fain ( service rep)Fireplace service and cleaning today. Tom explained operations for gas unit and fan. He cleaned thoroughly inside and out of Fireplace and Added new embers and rearrange logs. Tom explained and how to operate our fireplace and safety features.
