Don’t waste your time here. We ordered bath lights from Keller but never received them. Three voicemails were left over several days but nobody EVER called back. Turns out they never actually ordered—thanks a lot for nothing but a big headache!

You spend thousands of dollars on a faucet, and the drains don’t even work, then you have to buy new drains for MORE MONEY. Literally a scam of a company. And the lady who answers phones is just plane rude

I would give 0 stars if I could. We ordered all of our fixtures for a spare bathroom in June of 2023 from them and still in February of 2024 don’t have all of them. Our sales person never updated us on timelines we had to call constantly and then we finally got switched to a manager and every time we call him he says he will call us back with an update and never does! Highly recommend looking elsewhere for any plumbing fixtures

The sales person Fraya helped me make my final decisions when renovating my bathroom. She's awesome! Took the time and patience and didn't make me feel rushed which is my pet peeve when I'm spending a good chunk of money. But I might add, they all work together for a solution if there's a question about searching for a item. I'll never go anywhere else.

Our sales woman was Freya, and wow did she do an excellent job, very knowledgeable in every aspect of kitchen and bathroom stuff.
