Keller Supply Kitchen & Bath Showcase

We have spent somewhere between $25k and $30k at Keller over the last 10 years. This afternoon we were looking at faucets expecting to spend another $5-$10k on a couple taps for a new remodel. The "gentleman" who helped us answered a few questions about a couple models, and as we were preparing to leave, we had a few more questions at the front desk. The "gentleman" informed us in the middle of our questions that they had a "hard close" at 4pm (it had just turned 4:01 pm). We immediately stopped our questions and left. We will be buying high end fixtures from anywhere but Keller going forward. Zero sense of friendly customer service. I haven't experienced such clueless interpersonal skills in some time. Go to look, not to buy. 2 stars for a nice selection of products.

Just visited the interbay location. My husband and I have two homes nearby and want to install two new bathrooms and two laundry rooms. We also want to remodel one existing kitchen and bathroom. We weren't acknowledged by the salesperson when we entered. Yes, she was helping a couple and their dog but maybe a hello? We looked around for about 15 minutes with no one coming out to help us. We thought maybe they were short staffed. We decide to leave. On our way out, still no acknowledgement from the lady. And then we saw a man behind the counter who never looked up. I sarcastically said "thanks for the help". Even though we live less than a mile from here, we'll drive many miles to a business which values our business.

Horrible customer service. We asked ONE question and before the guy would even address us he made it clear they close in ten minutes. It doesn’t taken 10 minutes to answer a color question. Then he never bothered to provide an answer after going back to his desk to “look”. Rude! I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Great customer service! I needed a unique part and they were able to identify it and get it ordered asap.

Absolutely the worst service we experienced in looking for bathroom fixtures for our remodel. Disinterested staff who never responded with an estimate after we spent 45 minutes in the store. This despite returning to the store to ask again for the estimate and being assured that it would be sent that day. Never received anything. A waste of time. Fixture Gallery in Greenwood is far more responsive with wonderful staff and who we purchased from.
