Had a very challenging warranty window repair on the 4x4 beach in Corolla, NC, and the team at Kellogg Window & Door absolutely crushed it! From Zach and Robbie setting up the appointment to the service crew—Rick, Ronnie, Brent, and Tony—every single person was professional, punctual, and efficient. They arrived early, tackled a difficult repair with skill and speed, and left everything looking perfect. It’s rare to find a team this dedicated and capable, especially in such a remote location. Huge thanks to everyone involved—Kellogg’s service department is top-notch! Highly recommend them for any window or door needs!

Rick and Ronnie came to the rescue again today with new door in hand. Both are so professional, knowledgeable and personable!!! They explained the installation of my new stationary door panel, made necessary repairs on 2 other sets of double doors and cleaned up after they were finished. Very happy with the care they showed in making sure everything was right before leaving. And I must say, with it being 30 degrees outside while they worked, Kellogg needs to offer hazard pay to these 2 guys!!! Thank you so much for all you did!! Won't hesitate to contact you again when needed!!!

Anderson sliding door replacement this morning by Ronnie and Sean. Absolutley outstanding experience. Excellent skill and professionalism! They were a great team, I would request them if I needed anything in the future.

Cannot thank Sean and Ronnie enough for their work on our new house. They found and quickly corrected issues and met a tight deadline (through the holiday season) that the home inspector missed. Also, thanks to Maryanne for staying on top of the scheduling (again during a busy holiday season). Our family members recommended them, and they did not disappoint. Kelloggs delivers again! I appreciate the honesty and workmanship I always find at Kelloggs. I initially came exploring the replacement of an outside door. Their folks came out to measure and advised me that my current door was in good shape and that they could more economically repair the current door. Thank you Rick and team for saving me so much and for repairing my door so quickly! You all will continue to be my go to for home projects!
