Kelly Concrete Company

I used Kelly Concrete on a project after being “sold” on their “high quality work.” After seeing how bad the garage floor looked after they had finished, I asked them what went wrong. They said that anyone would be “lucky to have a floor this nice,” and that the client should be OK with it. After our refusal, they blamed the cure and seal product used. Thus began the finger pointing. First it was the product that was the issue, then it was the application device, etc., but it was never “their fault.” After working through the plan for resolve (grind down and epoxy coating), they agreed to pay for half of the fix ($7,500 total; $3,750 half). Horrible job. Had to redo this last summer after 3 1/2 years. New concrete people said it was a bad job as well.

Called for an estimate to lay a concrete pad and the receptionist took my information, said the guy would call the next day. It's been two weeks so even if they ever did call back, I will take my business elsewhere. Seems like many other people had the same experience, so apparently they don't value customer service.

Have not used the service but did have one of there drivers with a plow on the front of the truck repeatedly cut me off and didn't use blinkers. Idk what the problem was but also tailgated an ambulance. Nice...

I definitely wouldn't recommend this company. My garage floor started to crack up within a year. I had them pour my new house. Paid almost 50k, when I asked them to come fix it, they sent some guys out and never heard back. Now they wont return phone calls. Absolute garbage
