Today my marketing company called Ken to offer him our online advertising service. We were straightforward and honest about the intent of the call and he spent several minutes engaging with me about details but we were not able to continue the call because he was driving. He agreed to schedule a callback for later in the day when he would have more time to talk and not be distracted from his driving.
