Ken Cook's Plumbing & Heating

Not sure why Ken Cook’s Plumbing and Heating has so few reviews but they are excellent! I found a mention of them on reddit and when I had an issue with my plumbing I called around to a few places and honestly, right away I felt their service was better over the phone compared to others. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and it showed when it came to coordinating appointments with the city of Ann Arbor and they managed the project wonderfully. Then a few months later I had an issue with a leaking shower and I called Ken Cook’s and they again provided excellent service and did a great job. I can tell you I’ve had a great experience with Ken Cook’s Plumbing and Heating.

We needed a new valve on our hot water heater. They came the next day and had it fixed quickly. Great job, friendly, fast, respectful.
