I had a carpet installation due Monday and Tuesday 11/11 and 11/12. Then my cat Sweetie Boy became very sick and I had to put him down on 11/11. I had to cancel my appointment. I paid in full 9/6/2024. I called them 3 times and left word but because they do not check their phone calls until they come in on Monday morning they didn't get the message. Then the person who makes the installation appointments doesn't come in until Tuesday. Finally I called at 11:35 Tuesday as I had not received a call as to when I could expect a new installation date. So now I am at the back of the list of installations to be determined and cannot be done until sometime in December 2024. It was not my fault my cat Sweetie Boy got ill and had to put down. I had no place to take him and me for two days.

Very knowledgeable friendly people. They help me out when I needed it and I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the experience.

Excellent quality, professional, friendly, knowledgeable for sure and trustworthy is Mr. Martin en. Highly recommend! And Carpetaid+ is fabulous for any spills on your rug he also sells. Had rugs installed 7 yrs ago. Best ever! Planning on bathrooms and utility floors real soon.

We have a rental and had a super small amount of time to do repairs between renters. Mindy went absolutely above and beyond to accommodate a super rush job. Prices were very reasonable. I'll be back again!!

Great service and the gentleman there was very knowledgeable and efficient in his work with carpet.... I gave him the measurements for my lay outs and he even helped me cut the carpet and gave great advice... Thank you for your help.
