I have used Service Master on several occasions for restoration and renovations on my home. I can't say enough about how professional and helpful their team is, particularly Noel McClory, who is always courteous and informative. I would recommend this organization to my friends.

PLEASE READ BEFORE DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE. On 1/17 we called our insurance carrier to report water damage. We were told to contact Service Master to get the ball rolling, and we did. It took 3 days for anyone to show up and when they did, it wasn't Service Master. It was a roofing company, who couldn't identify a leak, but tarped my roof anyway (the water turned out to be a broken pipe). Three days after that, Service Master finally showed up. Santiago went through my house with a moisture meter and figured out what work needed to be done (no leak was detected). The original estimate was 5,000 up to 19,000 for dry out and mold mitigation. The water heater at my home leaked and flooded the bottom floor which consisted of three bedrooms, two baths, a great room and storage. I called ServiceMaster and from that first call I had nothing but excellent service. They coordinated with my insurance company to ensure all my belongings and all the damage was appropriately compensated. They handled all the repairs and stayed in constant communication with me. When things weren’t right, they fixed it- no questions. I couldn’t be more impressed. I highly recommend Noel and the Salem team.

We had a major loss following a leak in a water supply hose that went undetected for at least one week. Initially, I was skeptical that Restoration Services was the right fit to put our coastal home back together. But Noel and his group won me over by making every aspect of this experience easier for us. They helped us negotiate with our insurer, understood why difficult to obtain materials were necessary to make us whole, and did a great job restoring the aesthetic of our home with good craftsmanship.
