Plumbing 101, LLC

In the past few weeks, I've talked to/had bids from a dozen companies for crawlspace flooding treatment and prevention. These guys were #1 in professionalism among them all. Their experience shows clearly, they had great ideas for options, explained things directly and respectfully. Utterly impressed with everything I learned about and from them, they get my highest recommendation.

We had a minor no water emergency a couple nights ago, of course after 600pm. Plumbing 101 called us back asap, (we missed the middle of the night call, due to sleeping. But they called us back!!!) They also called us before their posted opening time to see if they could get us taken care of! We appreciated their ability to fit us in, and the Plumber that came out was so pleasant and professional and just took care of everything very quickly and methodically! I will totally use them again for our plumbing needs!! They're awesome!

Quick & efficient. From the bid to installing a new main water line from the meter to the house, it was a seamless process. I'd use Plumbing 101 again for my plumbing needs!

Michael did a great job investigating the leak at my house spigot. High quality work and a really nice guy as well. The company also worked with me to get my service prioritized since it was kind of an emergency (I had to turn the water off at the main). Highly recommended.

These folks are incredible! I knew I had a leak in the water pipe between the street and the house, and I was dreading trying to find a company that could do the whole project from start to finish. I’m so glad to have found Mike and the gang from Plumbing 101. That made fast work of this project, for a fair price. Everyone was a please to work with, and I will call them again, and again!
