I got ripped off and you might too! I bought my house in April and one of the AC units stopped blowing cold air. I thought I'd just have the company who the seller had the AC checked out with before selling it to me come out to see what the issue is before I even contact the warranty company and let them send some random company out. Nick came out Aug 13 and basically told me I had a coil leak and needed a new motor which would cost about 4500 but also advised that there was no freon left and that he could add some and it should get me through the season. I could not be happier with the experience I have had with Ken Parker Service Heating and Air. I called and had someone scheduled within a couple of days right before Thanksgiving. A couple of issues popped up on the administrative side but Nick absolutely made things right.
