I had an after-hours crisis….water leaking from a pipe in crawl space. I called Kennard Pace and Tyler came out and made the necessary repairs. He was so very kind and patient explaining what happened to cause the leak and what he did to repair it. I was so relieved thanks to their very timely response!!

Tyler and Hunter were so helpful with my very, very old boiler. They were on time, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. As a single Mom, I get nervous about the thought of being overcharged for some reason and I didn’t feel that way at all. They were up front with the estimate and it was exactly what they quoted. I highly recommend them!

My husband and I needed to replace our gas water heater. Not only were they incredibly nice over the phone, but they were able to come out pretty quickly and worked around our schedule. The two gentlemen were incredibly nice in-person, very kind/patient with our excited dogs, had everything done in only 2 hours, and made zero mess. Our favorite part was that we originally had three small crocheted magnets on our old water heater, we joked that “the water heater started leaking after one of the crocheted magnets broke off”. When he was done replacing our water heater, the gentleman showed us our heater with all three magnets on it – he had fixed the small magnet that broke off! He joked that fixing the magnet and having all three back on was “just for good measure” for our new water heater.

So disappointed in Kennard Pace as I have used them over 10 years and recommended them as well. They replaced drain pipes under my kitchen sink February 25, 2021. I found a leak just last week on the new parts they replaced. The PVC pipes they installed aren't securely connected. I was told I would be charged for a service call on work performed when the repair was more than 30 days old. I advised them they lost a customer. I expected better than this.

I recently had the contractor replace a hot water boiler as they were highly recommended by a local supplier. They did an amazing job not to mention at a very reasonable value. I then used them on a heat pump installation which also went very well. I would highly recommend their services!
