Kenny Ethridge Plumbing was a great experience. Kenny was engaging, concise, and very knowledgeable—not only about the specific job we called for, but about the plumbing industry in general and how things work locally. We contacted him for plumbing advice and service, and he was incredibly helpful. He explained options clearly and honestly, which we really appreciated. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

If you need any type of plumbing, I would highly recommend using Kenny's plumbing service, i had an issue with my main shut off valve in my basement, turn out to be something very simple, he fixed it at no cost, i offer to pay him for his time and gas and he refuse to take any payment he was very professional, didn't take advantage of me, gave me good advice, I've never given anyone a rating above a 4*, he is well deserving of a 5*

Kenny came out today to replace my water heater. He told me a couple of month ago, that this heater was running on borrowed time. It's a 21 year old water heater. After starting draining the water out of the tank, he said don't replace it. The water was super clear. He told me I would be only wasting my money at this point. I really appreciate Kenny's honesty. He lost some money on this job, but he saved me a lot of money - at least until it's time to replace it. Then I will call Kenny again. My dealings with Kenny taught me that there are still honest companies out there looking after their customers.

I just used Mr Ethridge for a toilet leak and couldn't be more pleased with the service. He responded quickly and prices were reasonable. I will definitely be calling on him again!
