Jeremy was awesome. He diagnosed the issue with our dryer, ordered the part accordingly and came back out and fixed it. Along with Juanita, they were very nice and great to work with. They communicated with us frequently along the way and left no questions unanswered. I recommend them to everyone!

I wanted to commend your repairman, Matt Casimir. He was AMAZING!! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable and friendly. To properly diagnose it, he pulled apart the dryer and asked several questions. He figured out it was the belt. Luckily he had the parts he needed on his truck. We were a little hesitant about spending that much on an older dryer, but he explained to us the problems there are with new dryers and that the kit he would install would be just about everything our dryer needed to be like new again and that they don't make them like that anymore. I asked him about the motor and the heater, and he said that he already checked them and they both looked in good shape. They were friendly, fairly priced, and helpful. My house needed some plumbing updates so they could actually install my washer and dryer but they were quick to help every step of the way, and the delivery guys were really cool and gave me some great recommendations when I was new in town.

The whole process was seamless and I was constantly updated on my status for service on my refrigerator. Ram was professional and made sure he understood what the issues were. He explained what was happening and what was needed to fix the problem. If it wasn't for the parts delay, my refrigerator would have been fixed a lot soon. Highly recommend!

We've used Kens twice, just couldn't ask for anything better. They were clear, professional, quick and clean. Just easy and pleasant to deal with. Well worth waiting an extra or two for if you have to!
