Ken’s Plumbing was incredible from start to finish. I called because the radiator in my son’s room wasn’t working, and with the colder weather I needed it fixed quickly. They were responsive, professional, and arrived exactly when they said they would. The technician immediately identified the problem, explained everything clearly, and had the radiator working perfectly in no time. He was respectful of our home, clean, and truly cared about making sure my son’s room would stay warm and comfortable. The pricing was fair, the service was honest, and the overall experience was outstanding. It’s rare to find a company you can trust these days, but Ken’s Plumbing exceeded all expectations. I won’t hesitate to call them again for any plumbing or heating needs. Highly recommend!

Ken’s plumbing is the best. Their techs are efficient and knowledgeable. They fix the problem same day and come with everything they need. Thorough and organized they have a great team to solve any plumbing problems you have. They are definitely worth calling when you have an issue involving your home’s plumbing. Excellent job by the men at Ken's. Ronnie is fantastic. The crew came to do a hot water heater replacement. Not only do they did that, they replaced my shower head which was leaking and rusted causing low water pressure and also fixed my vanity sink which was leaking. Thorough and professional. If i could give them 10 stars i would !!!

Extremely unprofessional. I called to schedule a visit due to a bursted pipe. They confirmed for the next day. I got a call from the company at the time we had scheduled for the workers to arrive, only to find out that nobody will come because they would only be here at 4:30pm and that is too late to get a 1h job done. If they had called earlier to cancel I would have contacted someone else. This shows lack of care for the customer, specially with all the issues going on due to the extreme cold temperatures. If you need to be sure you will have the job done, look for another plumber.

Quick response by Ken himself. Challenging issue in an old house with old pipes. He was able to get a start on it but it required a follow up by his snake expert Dominic who was able to fully resolve our situation. Great service. Thank you.
