I recently worked with Kensington Chase through Home Depot for a project to repair my kitchen drawer. From the start, they were very responsive—contacting me right away, coming to my home to look over the project, and clearly explaining their process and approach. Kensington Chase took the drawer to repair and kept me updated along the way, including the challenges they were running into. After several attempts, they were unable to get the drawer fully operational. While I am disappointed that the drawer is still not repaired, I truly appreciate the effort they put into trying to make it work. I met the owner of Kensington Chase, Anthony, in Potomac Maryland because I saw him doing other work there and he seemed very professional. I own a small business with a warehouse where we needed some remodeling and new carpet installation. We received multiple quotes from Anthony and a few other contractors. He was very thorough during the estimate and also with the follow up, addressing all of our questions and concerns. The project took a few days to complete, the cost was fair, and as you can see in the photo attached, the quality of workmanship was outstanding. Kensington Chase just completed a full tear down and remodel of our kitchen. I could not recommend them more highly! Anthony, the owner, is a great person to work with - he accurately assessed our needs and worked to meet them. His pricing was good. They replaced all of the cabinetry, installed crown molding, leveled a very uneven floor, installed flooring, added ceramic tile backsplash, a new back door, new electric wiring and outlets, ceiling and below cabinet lighting, a new kitchen sink and accessories, a ceiling fan, new and expanded quartz tile counter tops, and did the necessary changes and new installation of drywall before painting. Anthony and the team at Kensington Chase are exceptional. They have now performed multiple projects for me as well as several for my clients. Their responsiveness was incredible and surpassed my expectations. We actually hired Kensington Chase after a less than impressive execution from another contractor, and we are so glad we found them to complete all our flooring needs.

I initially called Kensington Chase from a referral from neighbor to fix damage from my hot water heater (drywall, flooring). They did such a great job on my tile kitchen floor I asked for quotes to re-tile 2 baths. The project ended up being 2 renovated baths (which turned out beautiful), painting several rooms, installing 10 recessed lights, closet shelving and new carpet. Anthony was so helpful with design and tips for renovations with resale in mind. I've owned 5 homes before and used to dread renovation work but they made it easy for me. Not only did they complete the work (during the pandemic) on time, on budget they were very flexible with my adding work and courteous working while I was home with my son and dog. All of the work is excellent quality and I couldn't be happier.
